1. Define Micro Economics and discuss its importance

and uses as well as its limitations.

2.What is indifference curve ? Explain its characteristics

with the help of diagrams.

3. What do you understand by the concept of 'Return to

scale ? Explain 'increasing returns to scale', 'constant

returns to scale' and 'decreasing returns to scale'.

4. Explain the term 'Perfect Competition'. Show how

equilibrium is attained in both short and long periods by

a competitive firm.

5.Examine critically the modern theory of Rent.
